Class Schedule


Class Descriptions

Kickboxing - This is a great cardio, core and strength workout. We use the bags with gloves to work on a series of punches and kicks.  


Boot Camp - A series of exercises to work on strength, cardio and endurance. For example could be squats, push ups, jumping jacks, etc. We do use light weights 3-10lbs to target certain muscle groups. Each class is a different workout.


Core Strength - Incorporating the use of multiple muscle groups to target your Core muscles.  


Plyometrics - This class is to build strength and is great for runners. It is a lot of different types of squats and jumping. Really gets your heart rate up.


Tabata - High Intensity Interval Training. Can be any exercise, for example, Jumping jacks. You do jumping jacks for 20 seconds, rest for 10 and repeat for 8 times total. We do about 10 different exercises in one tabata class.


Power workout - (35 minute class) Mostly a kickboxing class with some core or boot camp training.
